The transmission of communicable diseases can be done in many ways like contact with any contaminated surfaces, any physical contact with the person who is infected and it can also be travelled through air.
Tuberculosis:
A communicable disease which is easily transferable from one person to another by travelling through air is Tuberculosis ("Tuberculosis (TB)", 2021). We can explain or describe tuberculosis as a disease in which the lungs or any other part such as spine, brain or kidney are attacked by the bacteria. In case tuberculosis is not treated in a proper way then it can be very dangerous to human health. If we talk about the world data, than approximately more than 2 billion of the population is suffering from tuberculosis. In terms of annual data approximately nine million become infected from tuberculosis. Tuberculosis can be controlled if treatment is taken for the disease immediately as soon as the symptoms are detected. In order to cure tuberculosis and not infecting other people there are several medicines which are required to be taken continuously over a period of time which can be months also. For controlling the spread of tuberculosis, screening is done of the people who have come in contact with the infected person and if required then proper treatment is given to such people also.
