Introduction
Strategic planning and its nature of having objective and realistic evaluation of the goals ensure the quality service delivered to the clients. In healthcare, this planning and execution of beneficial strategies is one of the core components of success especially when there are transitional phases in the form of legislative reforms. In fact, a systematic approach is required in order to have careful assessment of the present trends in the healthcare sector with regard to the strategic implementation for future (Holtzer, Moore-Dean, Srikanthan & Kuluski, 2017). The following is the analysis of the internal and external stakeholders of Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), which would assist in ensuring the evaluation of the recent legislative changes and how they are applicable in the selected organization’s context.
CIIHI: Internal and External Stakeholders
At first, it is significant to note here that CIHI provides precise data driven analysis to the entire healthcare service providers in nation and it makes the responsibility of the organization sensitive and vulnerable to the changes at legislative level. CIHI has internal stakeholders in the form of state and national government because the organization has to operate under the state supervision (Preker, 2018).
The other stakeholders at internal level are the administration of the company as well as the employees, through which the data network and assessment of the current and future policies of the government is carried out. The internal stakeholders thrive to ensure that data privacy is maintained along with the application of the formal leadership model in the healthcare operations.
