You will have to decide on what aspect of the corporation to research by the availability of data(Annual Report, Marketing Plan, Human Resource, Creation of Wealth etc.).

Conceptualize a Research Question.What is it you desire to learn by researching the corporation you have selected?






Please post a weekly project progress summaryreport in the Open Forum (Discussion Board) starting from next week. Include the Title of your essay and power point.





Step 4:

In the chapters from 1 to 10 or each chapter,locate a learning objective that you would like to explore. Identifysimilar concepts in your research materials and link toone learning objective in about five chapters. If you select fewer objectives, that is also acceptable, but if selecting more objectives will help you to collect more data, please do so.

The following is an analysis of the human resource management at strategic level of Woolworths, one of the top retailing and wholesale brand that sources its business from Australia as the host nation.

At first, it is important to note here that behind the success of Woolworths as the international brand, the management of human capital, the staff and employees by human resource department, becomes significant to review as the important link to this global success (Nankervis, Baird, Coffey & Shields, 2019). Woolworths has positioned itself as an international brand and it is all due to the perfect human resource management and an implication of precise strategies to improve the working conditions for employees.
These strategies are more like directives that encourage employees to be more productive and positively charged to work in an enthusiastic environment (Bansal, Jain, Garg & Srivastava, 2020). In the last few years, after having successfully managed to open retail outlets in all major Australian cities, the company is now at the verge of having international expansion (Buyukozkan & Gocer, 2018).
It is because of the strong building up of the supply chain network along with keeping the consistent investments in the human resource and human capital at strategic level on high priority. In the context of expanding business overseas, the company needs to expand its staff management premises; the new assigning roles will be given to the employees who will require management of the newly opened branches effectively.
Additionally, what makes Woolworths’ strategic HR management excellent is the adherence of the organization towards making new policies and guidelines, as per the requirement of the market. The evolution of market has changed position of the company since 1924 and it is still evolving. The significant aspect of the human resource planning is that it has always been updated and employees are given kept well informed about the new updates that must be implied in the organizational culture (Kasanagottu & Bhattacharya, 2018).
