We serve the multicultural communities of the northern suburbs a growth corridor of Melbourne. Population growth in our local government area has seen significant expansion of services of the hospital. We provide services across the lifespan from maternity to aged care and palliative care. Speciality services include a 24 hour Emergency Department, 16 bed Intensive Care unit and 10 bed Coronary care unit. We have 10 dialysis chairs and 5 operating theatres. Day surgery and endoscopy services are available onsite along with two acute inpatient mental health units. Inpatient areas range across general medicine, respiratory, endocrinology, paediatrics and neurology. Surgical services include burns, thoracic surgery, renal surgery and vascular surgery. These services are supported by rehabilitation and community services for acute, sub-acute and mental health. Our programs We offer a graduate nurse program at 0.8 EFT for 53 weeks commencing in mid February 2022. We have a second smaller intake in June 2022. After going through Job Description for the role, I gauge that RMIT hospital is seeking for a dynamic professional who is good in patient-engagement as well as deliver quality care for the clients. I have also visited the RMIT website and understood the core values that the hospital stands for. I feel that given my candidature along with my previous experience as well as learning curve would be the best fit for me. Being a diligent person myself, I believe in contributing more than just the mentioned details in job description. Leveraging my latest course on design thinking and innovation I can bring to the table like collaboration, ideation and entrepreneurial aspect which is aligned with the core principles of hospital.

Firstly, the paragraph was missing the purpose of applying in the hospital. Therefore, I have re-written in such a way that it explains the purpose of the application. Secondly, I have interpreted what are my strengths and strong suit that I can bring on the table. Third correction that I have made in the paragraph is application understanding how one will apply the prior experience in this opportunity. Last correction is bringing what can I learn from RMIT website hospital and how can it help groom my knowledge as well as skills. Furthermore, understanding how my learnings can be applied here to bring more values to the hospital.
