Abstract
The business managers have to develop
effective marketing plans for introducing new products and services. The business managers also have to consider the needs and preference of the target market, while framing the marketing plan. A marketing plan is influenced by both internal and external factors. In the process of marketing, there are various barriers to the marketing plan and hence the same would require a considerable amount of efforts to be taken from the larger segment of the market. Unless the organisation can achieve all the requirements of the hotel management it would
not be able to implement the required control and procedures (Berg et al 2016). The overall business structure would involve various issues and the same would lead to control over the market forms. It has been seen that the business of the organisation is such which can ensure proper control processes and that would also invite some litigations and issue to be resolved by the company. Concerning the development of the company, it would be better to ensure that the consumer would be satisfied with the service of the company. In this research paper, we are analysing the Marketing Plan for the new martial arts gym, we are also analysing the consumer decision process criteria for getting a clear cut idea about the new plan. For starting a new martial arts gym, we have to conduct deep research and we also required the support of the employees for providing better services to the customers.
