     There are different methods which can be used for the communication in project management. We can have emails which provides us everlasting trails. The emails live forever. If we want the mail, then there are strong chances that there will be a backup version which will be stored somewhere over the mailing server. Emails allow us to communicate at our nearest convenience. The email can be used in the form of evidence in the court, and they can be used to sort out whom to blame. People find it reluctant to share the concerns and housing the email we tried to keep as formal. But it cannot be used as the best manner to get the brainstorm and support. It can put a lot of stakeholders into the defensive mode.
Another method is to use instant messengers for warming up the engagement or clarifying any specification. The instant messengers are route to be more private. Most of them are able to save the conversation history and quite similar to emails. It provides option to solve the problem quickly and more efficiently. The third method use the meetings for selling emotions. We can have meetings which are powerful or useless. It is a place where stakeholders can say a lot while promising nothing. The meeting can be an excellent place where we can make final decision. Everyone is present on the same page. The meetings can be used to share the information, generate ideas and sync up.
We can also have personal agreements over the phone calls to get the things done. It is one on one meeting. We can use any medium which is available. The interviews and meetings are still the best method. The personal agreements are most efficient manner to push the project. But it is the riskiest one also. It can be used to solve many delicate problems and we can find out a lot of useful information. Another method is to use the request tickets for finalising the deal. This kind of communication is more formal as compared with the email. It follows the strict hello protocol for requesting the action of someone hello. It is formal but it can get bureaucratic also. It is a good method for summarising the agreed upon action but cannot be used to solve the problems

The robust risk management plan can be helpful for the company who establish procedures for avoiding potential threats and reduce the impact which they can have. It has the ability have to understand and control the risk which makes the organization more confident. It helps to create a safe and secure work environment for the customers and all the staff members.
It helps to increase the stability of operations and also decrease the legal liability. We can use risk management plan for providing the protection from all the events which are detrimental for the company and its environment. It can be helpful in protecting all the assets and people which are involved in the organization from any harmful event. It also helps to establish the insurance requirement of the organization so that we can save on unnecessary premiums.

     There are many methods which can be used for the review of final outcome, but we will discuss about the two basic methods which are project goals and gap analysis. The gap analysis is the basic method which help us to access on how the plan is different from the actual application. It is the powerful tool as it allows us to check for the benchmarks which we are able to meet and which requirements are not fulfilled in the final outcome.
We can start with the project charter and check how closely we are sticking with the objectives. We can check for the deliverables. It helps us to check for the quality level whether it is matching the expected level or not and if there are any gaps then we can try to figure out how they can be closed.
