Introduction
Project management is one of the most significant parts of the software engineering processes and this turns out to be a consequent aspect of business analysis that goes through the steps of the specification, design programming, and testing. The need for establishing clear project objectives must not be overstated and an objective must be clarified when the people are effectively involved in the project.
