Introduction
Samson media is a printing and distribution site.
The cost of running the company is continuously increasing with no increase in the customer or reader base.
The company is now sh
ifting from publisher to digital publisher.
Organisational changes are a prerequisite for long-term success. The changing plan will be establishing the requirement of the business and adjustments, which manager needs to follow. As mentioned by Boff and Cardwell (2019), a well-organised change management plan will reduce the stress and chances of errors in future. As well as it would help manager in better implementation and easy adoption by employees. The company decided to follow Kotter’s change management model.

Change Management Process
The change management process starts with the—
First is creation of urgency, where management of the Samson media needs to understand the need of change.
Second is use of the powerful coalition, where manager will work on the team building process.
Third step is creation of the common vision that determines the value of Samson media
Samson media starts the change management process with the honest discussion with its employee and make them understand that this change is necessary for the organisation. The suggestions and opinions from the employee will strengthen the arguments. The second step is identification of the true leader for the change management process.

Fourth step includes communication of the vision of Samson media,
Fifth is to removing the obstacles by option training and professional help from external sources
Sixth is creation of short-term wins.
The whole change management process after the development of vision, communicate it with all employee members. As stated by Coutts (2011), the vision is to address people concerns and anxiety. Employees are free to ask anything to their manager. Samson media will hire change manager, who is responsible to deliver change in organisation. Employees will get training, sessions and further development program so that they can deal with digitalisation effectively. The performance of the every employee will be monitor periodically. Small target establishes so that employee can achieve it, with little room of failure.
