Simple:Objectives should be kept simple. How do you plan your work activities? Planning is deciding in advance regarding what , how , and by whom is to be done. Work activities can be planned keeping in mind the following points. 1- Prioritization of major goals: The important and unimportant need to be differentiated. The important tasks should be given major focus whereas the unimportant should be kept in waiting or should be postponed. 2- Determination of specific tasks: Mainly it needs to be focused that what is the major task that is to be done thus further planning should be done on such basis. 3-Scheduling:Time tables should be made, tasks should be grouped into different times of the day. B)Arrangement of people -People should be arranged as per the order of of the work they should be differentiated from superiors to subordinates . People should be assigned the work in the order of the ability to so that accomplishment can be done in a proper manner. C) Arrangement of resources- Resources should be done with proper economies of scale,suitable strategies should be made to use efficient resources for the achievement if organisational goals. Wastage of resources should be avoided to a greater sense. How would you describe your style of leadership? The style of leadership used is autocratic leadership , my self well I’m in this leadership style one person can control all the decisions . It is based on their on beliefs an other suggestions as well as advices are clearly avoided. So from the above information it is clear taht only one person is the decision make and he takes decision on the behalf of the company and this type of leadership is used in those companies in which their are few employees and the size of the company is small. How do you measure performance goals are being achieved? Performance goals can be measured in following manner : 1- Setting targets: The performance targets need to be set up in advance sticking to which the work is to be done and goals are needed to be achieved. 2- Developing premises: Premises in which the targets are to be developed need to be evaluated so overlook the internal and external factors affecting. 3- Identifying alternative courses of action: This includes different type of set of strategies in which performance is to be measured. 4- Implementation: Implementation of performance standards need to be done so as to follow the varied results. 5- Deviation: Actual performance is measured with the standards set in advance in false deviations are found out for betterment. 6- Follow up action: The deviations so found out in the above step are evaluated and necessary steps are followed for betterment.
