Reflection is the examination of situations in order to better understand the surrounding context and identify potential improvements for the future. This assessment aims to develop your awareness and reflective learning ability while also assessing your understanding of the topics covered in modules 1 and 2. Reflective writing ordinarily occurs in the first person (and you can do so here) and works best when you think deeply about a topic and look at both the positives as well as opportunities to improve in a situation. Examples within the context of this assessment might be:  Explain the key concept(s) you are exploring in this assessment. eg Define the meaning of emotional intelligence and why it is important to your personal and professional life. It is very important for us to build the emotional intelligence so that it can help us find out the transitions in our self from be an emotional thermometer which can react to every emotional climatic change. An emotional Thermo state can help us to find out the emotional climate and also what we can add in our life to change it. The emotional intelligence helps us to become more conscious about our feelings and I also came to know about the influence of the emotional intelligence over the influence of the emotions which have direct relation with the behaviour, performance and decisions. The emotional intelligence can help us to become a better person as it will reduce counterproductive influence emotions and help us to increase the productive qualities in our self.
