Bob, aged 79, has for the past three years been the key carer for his wife Ivy, aged 76. Ivy uses a wheelchair and has high level support needs. Bobs has had his own share of health problems recently and is now showing signs of worsening health because of the strain of caring for his wife. He feels as though he is constantly under pressure and has no opportunity to rest and properly relax. He and his wife live in a semi-independent living unit in a retirement village. They have asked for a care worker to spend two hours a day with Ivy so Bob can take some well deserved time out. This is necessary because if Bob's health deteriorates, full time care will be required for Ivy. Describe (80-100 words) how to set up respite care for Bob.
