Build a financial strategy for your Brand extension




  • evaluate the budget needed for the launch & for the 3 first years




  • explain your assumptions, revenue expectation, retail prices & margin calculation




  • explain your marketing strategy impacts




  • Provide the 3 financial statements (Income statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statement).
