Now, you would like to inquire about the costs for the summer retreat directly with the provider (eg. camping ground, lake cabins). The quotation must include the detailed breakdowns of the costs and vegetarian meal option for one of the staff. As the provider’s website does not mention corporate bookings, you intend to check if company cheque is accepted as a mode of payment. The quote should include a private outdoor spot reservation for half-day team-building activities.
