    Employee Referrals
    Employee referrals are one of the best and most productive methods for finding good and talent. This method is your best bet for improving the most important hiring method related to time and cost each hire, quality of hire and employee intention. This method is like a structured program whereas, companies and organisation use to find talented people by asking their existing employee.
    Internal Recruitment
    Internal recruitment is a process whereby the finding people to work for a company from the organisation. This method involves in recruiting candidates from those who are already in employment within the organisation. It is quick process method. Here is no required to induction training also in this process candidates are limited.
    Using Recruitment Agencies
    Using recruitment agencies, companies can find out qualified candidates. This method of recruitment focuses on serving the client in best possible way. Agency has staffs, who are specialized in recruiting passive talent candidates for the company. This method will help in reducing the time and in house resources that are needed to invest on hiring process. These agencies are good in filtering and screening the candidates. These agencies give the best fit to the vacant positions by hiring the right candidate for the right job and at the right time.

    Aptitude Tests and IQ Tests
    Aptitude and IQ tests have gained worldwide acceptance. They are designed to measure trait intelligence and cognitive ability, which is indicated by one’s efficiency in processing information. Aptitude tests and IQ tests helps in determining the brainpower. It is carried out by using different ways and tests like situational judgement, verbal reasoning, e-tray exercise and many more. These tests check the general intelligence and mental fitness of the candidate. They play a major role when hiring people for the job as they are expected to tell how effectively the candidate will able to perform his job role, whilst eliminating any bias through its standardized administration.
    Structured Interviews
    It is a method of selection process, in which the interviewer puts forth some questions to the candidates. The questions, which are asked by the interviewer, are pre-planned. In this method, every candidate has been asked the same type of questions in a same particular way. It is a formal interview in which interviewer has to read exactly as written or worded. Structured interview method focuses on talented candidates. As questions are same for each candidates in an interview, it indicates that there is no biasness. This method brings more efficiency and consistency in the selection process.
