1. Review of the scenario
The scenario that has been talked about in the given case study is about the marketing scenario of a certain organisation. The organisation is in the market for over twelve years. That is why it is very important to understand the actual surroundings of the scenario so that the scenario can be examined properly. The organisation is, doing the marketing and business for over twelve years. In the initial years, the organisation has settled for marketing with the forklift and the small trucks. However, with time everything in the surrounding is growing and expanding with time. That is why this organisation also focused on the expansion of this industry.
After twelve years, it has also invested in business opportunities in the medium and big trucks.They are doing the deals overseas so that they can get a secure position in the international business platform. This is a very big first step for the organisation because thus the organisation can expand its business. Along with that, it can also survive the fierce competition of the market. There are different strategies and the policies that can help the organisation to go through this kind of a big change. Employment also plays a great role in this scenario.
From the above discussion, it can be said that the organisation is growing at a fastpace (Wilcock et al. 2017). In order to manage all the actions within the organisation, it is very important to have the proper employees within the organisation. The organisation has decided to employ the people within the organisation. In this way, the employees are accustomed to the different phenomenon and features of the organisation and it can add up to the amount of the experienced employees of the organisation. Thus, all of these scenarios can be very beneficial for the organisation.
2. Review of JKL industries
The organisation that has been the main concern of this discussion is the JKL industry. This twelve years old industry is now implementing several strategies for growth and expansion. In this portion, the distinct business nature and strategies of this organisation will be analysed in order to get a better insight upon it. This industry is an Australia based company. This organisation is known for selling and supplying the different types of forklifts and small trucks to the different places of the country. It has been the main concern of work that has been provided by this organisation. However, in recent times in order to survive the fierce market competition, it has also implemented several strategies that are good for the organisation itself (Choet al. 2016).
The main head office of this organisation is located in Sydney. Nevertheless, the organisation has gone through several new changes and innovations in the last few years. This is expanded a lot in the past that various places of the country have the branch of this organisation. Thus, the services of the organisation have become very easily accessible to the customers, which are very satisfying and beneficial for them. The employee's pay and structure of this organisation has many mistakes.
That is why the organisation is planning for implementing several new policies and plans that can help the organisation restructure all of those. Thus, the employees of the organisation will have no types of grievances against the organisation. They can be very dedicated to the work they are doing within the industry and it can be very important and advantageous for the organisation itself. This organisation has also given a lot of importance to the organisational culture so that the surrounding environment of the organisation can be very healthy and inspiring for the employees (Cassidy, 2016).
The main goal of this organisation is to have a better position on the international platform and satisfy the customers by fulfilling their need and demand from this organisation. The industries and the organisations who work at delivering different objects are the main buyers and customers of this organisation. There is a huge need for different types of trucks.Thus, the organisation is trying to expand its business in the overseas platform (Kerzner, 2019). It can also value the ends and the choices of the customers and it is the main objective of this organisation. The stakeholders of this organisation are the shareholders of the organisation, the people in the managing body and the employees of the organisation as well.
3. Draft of Communication Strategy
Communication Objectives are as follows:
