    Summarise the following for ihBC:

    Answer:
ihBC is an organization that provides education on management and business studies and has more than 150 full-time staff and part-time staff. The company is headed by the managing director of the organization. There are 15 stores which are controlled by the floor manager of each store. Under the floor manager, the staff are operating along with the manufacturing unit and the service unit.
The organization provides education in the aspects of marketing and management and other business studies subject.
The pivotal aspect of the business campaign is the marketing priorities. The company will execute its marketing plan in order to achieve its established target and organization or objectives. The marketing plan contemplates increasing the 12% piece of the pie and an expansion in the deals by 8.5% over the last year's outcome. The strategic and marketing objectives of the company is to expand the market and explore the new market by opening the stores in the new cities.
