The characteristics and the needs of the culinary workshop that needs to be considered for
designing or tailor WHS system are the persons with the control that is the person who make
decisions affecting the operations, product life cycles, systematic risk management, design
knowledge and capability which is demonstrated or required by those who control designs system
and the effective communication between the employees and the managers.



Q2: What consultative processes do you use when developing a WHS management system?
The WHS system must be effectively practiced with the practical guidance for the employees on
how to effectively consult with the workers. It must ensure health and safety aspects that are
considered in designing the work and throughout the product and service life cycles. It must be
effective by facilitating cooperation between the person conducting the business and the workers in
instigating, developing and carrying out measures designed to ensure the workers health and
safety at work. The consultative processes that are used are conducting regular staff meetings and
conducting regular toolbox meetings. However, electing healthy and safety representatives and
establishing health and safety committee are also practised in the workshop.
