Introduction
Intercultural communication is a significant aspect that ensures much more than just communication between people from different countries. This particular aspect of communication specifies the behaviors and activities that take place between two cultures across. Interpersonal communication creates a shared experience between individuals from different countries and cultures. This also specifies the relevance of the share experience depending upon their background and the language which is a powerful exchange and crossing factor like ethnic and social economic differences. The major difference that can be effective with the aspects of shared experience is intercultural communication which makes the relationships on both a company and the individual level.
Intercultural relationship in the business allows the individuals within the business to interact respectfully and constructively which encourages the growing expansion of the business. It also focuses on the common grounds and honoring the difference for the effective growth of the diversified aspects of the intercultural team. This also enhances internal communication within the organization and fosters the existing client relationship. Moreover, the inward-facing diversity initiative has a deliberate approach toward client relationships and recruits top talent which is a positive impact on every aspect of the business in terms of intercultural communication.
Hofstede's Theory
The six dimensions of Hostefede’s theory that will be used to compare the cultural aspects of the two countries shall focus on the variables of Power Distance, Masculinity, Individualism, Uncertainty Avoidance, Long-term Orientation and Indulgence.
Power Distance
The dimension of power distance refers to the differences and equity that is persisting in society among individuals. It expresses the attitude of the individuals in the particular country towards the culture and the equal it is that is present in the society. This particular dimension defines the extent to which the less powerful members of the organization within a country expect and accept the distribution of power.
Individualism
This particular aspect is a fundamental issue that addresses the degree of interdependence that is maintained in the society among the members. This particular aspect is focused on whether people's image is defined by the aspect of "I" or "We". In a society that is individualistic people are supposed to look after themselves and their direct family only. However, in a collectivist society people or the society sustain in groups and take care of them in exchange for loyalty.

Masculinity
The third dimension of masculinity proposes a society that will be driven by an aspect of competition or achievement and success. The aspect of masculinity is contemplated by the factors of success which are defined by the winner. The values system in this aspect requires the role of individuals in schools and the values that continue throughout one's life. This indicates that a low score on the dimension means that the dominant values in the society are caring for others and the expected quality of life. This suggests that a feminine society has a more contemplated quality of life which is a sign of success and stands out from the crowd which is not admirable.
Uncertainty Avoidance
The dimension of uncertainty avoidance is effective to deal with the fact that the future is not known. In this aspect, it is effective to...
