Introduction
This assignment provides the knowledge of the business challenges that are being faced by Amazon on a frequent manner. It also provides solutions to those problems while implicating those will help to overcome those main business problems. The main three challenges have been discussed in the below section. While Amazon is getting bigger day by day, still it is facing these problems, which cannot be neglected (Ghimire, Thapa, Jha, Adhikari & Kumar, 2020).
Discussion
In this part, the challenges, which Amazon is facing mainly, have been discussed, along with the solutions to overcome the challenges or problems. The challenges are as follows:
1. Amazon is Complex
Sellers should know in detail about shipping options, FBA logistics, renegotiation fees, replica listings, MAP issues, tax fixing, purchase container competition, treatment evaluations, etc. Success on Amazon requires keeping up with the changing landscape and hiring experts, whether outside of residence or through an organization such as Adlucent, to run a healthy and meaningful program (Liberty et al., 2020).
Solution:
The biggest mistake that has been noted is that manufacturers approach Amazon after the fact and no longer take advantage of its adequate capacity, usually because they do not know where to start. They can start using usage by assessing their overall performance capacity on Amazon across their various channels and reallocating their sources accordingly, to take advantage of sources offered by Amazon, including the Amazon Boost event with fulfillment by Amazon and their seller education channel on YouTube (Castro, Lopes & Brondizio, 2020).
2. Profitability is Not Guaranteed
