Entrepreneurship is new idea which is conceptualized to establishing business to create the opportunities to consider after the process identification, exploiting these opportunities with process and resources, evaluation developing the ideas
Creativity: - Drucker (1985)-Creativity is ability to do something new, solution to the new problems, developing new product, device and methods. Every entrepreneur, no matter its big or small can only hold a leadership place in the market to understand and recognized the new business opportunities and models what create new problems and its solution. Wyckoff (1991) define creativity refer to the tendency to recognize and generate the new ideas, alternative and possibilities in order to solving problems and ability to come up with new ideas to address the problems and new Ideas. Some creative ideas are brilliant while other are simple, good practical ideas that no one seems to have thoughts, of yet. (Harris, 1998).
Now question is why creativity is important? In actual, creativity is an inner quality to do something for to find the ways to solve the existing problems. Any individual could be creative however This is depending on the organizations who are working to do the different things differently and however major business are following the traditional business approach. However, landscape of that with more creative approach to manage task, improving staff performance, create a quality product, providing quality services to customer. That allow employee to be creative to encourage them to come up with different ideas and different solutions what improve their overall performance outcomes. Now a days, many organizations are adopting unorthodox methods to encourage them towards innovative ideas.
Innovation: - To implement the new ideas at the individual, group or organization level is called innovation. Innovation is the implementation of something new creation that has never been made before and recognized as unique product. The brain storming and dream up dozens of new ideas that you have displayed is called creativity but there is no innovation until something get implemented. (Rowling,1997)- The most common type of innovation is evolutionary that means to finding the ways of making incremental improvements to your products and services. However, this type of innovation is having fewer risk and required strategic and targeted approach. Innovation is important because this is the only way to differentiate your service and product from your competitor (Stermbering and Lubart). This is important that your product what you are offering, should be valuable for customer to choose your business. Difference between innovation and creativity.
1: - Creativity is the basic step to identify something what might be possible. While innovation is the action or idea implementing to put the things is to real world and practical reality, despite resistance and challenges instead of contemplating. 2: - Creativity is all about creation, utilizing the power of mind to create the new idea, product plans, utilizing throughout experience for testing. Anyone can be creative in any context however Innovation is about taking new created ideas and developing them into something useful and practical. In many ways’ innovation is a process all about converting creative theories into action.
3: - As new technologies are developing and available continuously and this is required to the organization should be flexible to accept the new ways. Creativity is useful to identify new ways to apply new technologies in their business and this is innovation capability that help you to re-think your underlying assumptions and reconfigure how you carry out your work.
4:- Creativity as a person’s internal desire to do something unique to showcase himself or herself to drive a solution of a problem that no one else has been able to solve.
