The Capital Grill marketing strategic plan should be targeting maximum food lovers in the USA. They should not be restricted to only business tycoons and politicians. Also they must emphasize more on social media marketing and digital marketing to reach their brand and food menu to its correct target audiences. They already have a brand is serving high quality food at high economical level. To become a brand in the hearts of more US customers they have to reduce the price of their products slightly or at par with its competitors. They should also strategise to increase their chain of business in other parts of the world and provide quality food and services according to that county’s taste and preferences. The Capital Grill is an American chain of restaurant located in Columbia and in 20 states in the US. They specialize in high steakhouses owned by Darden restaurants.
