Organizational effectiveness will be decided by the team spirit and rapport between the team members and othe
r stakeholders in the organization. If there is misunderstanding and lack of trust between different members, it will impact the integrity of the organization and its performance levels. Infact, the communication methods and ways of communication are more detrimental and they will play a significant role when speaking about organizations which are spread across the borders and instil in them, large amount of racial and ethnic diversity. The following part of the discussion is about the communication in a multinational organization which is operating in several countries across the globe, which includes Australia, Vietnam, Oman and Nigeria.
Overview of the multi-national organization and the issue with inter-cultural communication:
As the organization do have foot print of operations spread across different countries in the globe as well as it contains large work force, there is significant amount of racial and ethnic differences in the organizational manpower. Considering all these facts organizational intercultural communication is emphasizes as the key enabler of the problems and is focused on to propose appropriate solutions to resolve the bottlenecks in the smooth operation of the organization(Piller,2017).
As of the now the challenge of lack of trust and misunderstanding in communication is quite a serious problem among the stakeholder groups of the organization and there is serious focus on this challenge to enable smooth functioning and instilling rapport among the peer groups of the organization.

· Being a multi cultural organization, there is need for very effective and impactive communication across different stakeholders of the organization. There is much scope for confusion and misunderstandings in such organizational scenarios. It is quite natural and possible for a misunderstood, ineffective and no communication across the groups to lead the system into turmoil (Tuleja, 2016).When there is no cultural sensitivity the essential ingredient of communication, the necessary compassion and empathy will be lost and the communication either will be ineffective or simply will go wrong (Guffey, 2015). If the participants do have different perspectives and if they could not able to present their views properly then obviousoulsy it will lead to chaos and utter confusion among the participants.
