She is angry at the proposition that she might have TB and says, “I feel just fine and I don't think anything else is necessary.”

Case Study: Tuberculosis:
1) Tuberculosis(TB) is a contagious disease with mild to severe infection in the lungs which is caused b
y a bacteria called as Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. This disease can affect the other organs also in critical cases.
2) The route of transmission is majorly through air. it means when someone actually breathes in droplets in the air containing the TB bacteria. This happens when someone infected coughs, sneezes or even talks and sings in a particular environment can cause infections to the persons in close contact with him. In certain cases, consumption of milk from diseased cows with bovine bacillus bacteria. In very rare cases the route of transmission happens to be from the trans placental route of the infected mother.
3) The people and populations who are at high risk includes the people who have HIV in them Children below five years are also prone to TB. Generally, the people who work at healthcare centres or in TB institutions like homeless shelters, correctional facilities are more prone to get TB infected. Populations like the aborigines of Australia and the malnourished population of developing countries are more prone to TB infection due to weak immune system.
