Ans. The team consists of five employees who are skillful in their work. The work plan is distributed among the employees according to the time and convenience of the employees. The team plan is distributed within two weeks among which each employee is designated with tasks.

2. Within a workplace environment, demonstrate effective support and motivation to a team. What communication barriers do you have to overcome and how is this achieved?
Ans. In a workplace envi
ronment, the team needs an effective support system and motivation to carry forward with the operations. The employees need to be enough motivated and capable of doing the tasks. The employees may not feel enough confident to complete the tasks. That is why motivations and supports are required. The tasks also need to be distributed among the employees to arrange the tasks according to the convenience and skills of the employees.
    To distribute the tasks equally, there can be some communication barriers that might restrict the progress of the work. The main aspects behind the barriers can be proper communication and unity among the employees. The team needs to be created with people of similar capabilities. This way communication between the employees would be improved. The communication between the employees and employer needs to be improved. This way, the employers can generate motivation to the employees as it would be helpful for the employees to be confident in regards to complete the tasks. The employers need to let the employees make some initial mistakes so that they can be rectified over the process of the project.
This way, the employees can be motivated to work according to the instruction of the employers. Lack of experience can also cause problems among the employees. The communication barriers can also be restricted by creating a better work environment among the employees. In a diverse work environment, team management is important to create a better workforce. The work should be equally distributed among the employees to arrange the tasks according to the convenient schedule of the employees. This way, it would be convenient for the employees to complete the tasks resourcefully.
3. Create a work schedule that demonstrates the integration of activities and initiatives to support team development into your plans.
Ans. A team needs to have proper integration and support from the team members. The employer needs to know the members of the team members and create the common goal of the employees. Developing strong team skills have been a very important factor to keep the integration of the team engagements. The development of the team not only depends on the skills of the employees but also depends on the management and distribution of the tasks given to the employees. Therefore, a proper schedule helps in demonstrating the activities of the team.
Section A2: Skills activity
1. Your CEO now wants you to identify areas where the new employees require training as a part of their induction plan. Review the Kings Resort Policy document completed by your CEO and identify and list the areas where the training is required for new employees of Kings Resort. The Policy document is available under the resources folder in LMS.
Ans. The employee recruitment training would require the employers to prepare an induction plan that would help in analyzing the policy of Kings Resort to the new joiners. There are certain areas whether new employees are required to be trained by the company. For that, the employees need to understand the whole policy and use of the organization to work in it. There are some parts of the induction line where the employees are required to be trained and the training needs to require the best interest of the employees to understand their capabilities and skill for the work. For the King's Resort, the new employees to understand how to deal with the customers and how to manage any inconveniences that have been caused by the customers.
Customer handling is one of the main issues that most of the new employees Space at the beginning of the work. Therefore, they need extra training to do with every inconvenient situation that might occur within their work schedule. The employees also required training to attend to the customers in terms of their needs and requirements. Many employees have started working in Kings Resort for the first time and the regulations and policies of the resort need to be properly explained to them.
2. Set up a meeting with your CEO for 15 minutes. During the meeting, you are required to demonstrate active listening and open questioning techniques. Briefly describe to your CEO the areas identified in the previous question ( Q1) and ask for his/her feedback.
Ans. The induction plan requires special attention from the employees as it will include certain important regulations that the company has newly added for the employees working in Kings Resort. The new employees will require special attention on handling the customers as many of the previous employees have not to focus on the particular area and it has brought serious misconduct. It has also been observed that the reputation of the organization had poorly accepted due to the bad manifestation of customer service. That is why new rules have been imposed to increase the policy of customer service and new ways have also been invented to serve the customers according to the rules and regulations of the company. In the induction, several groups will be created to demonstrate the procedure to the new employees. Some of them will act and customers and the other will have to showcase the demonstration of attending the customers according to the new policy of the organization. Question answers will be set stripped so that it helps the employees to understand the way of handling the customers.
After the basic demonstration of customer service, some critical choices and situations will be given to the Employees and it will be tested how each employee can cope with the situation. For every candidate, the situation is required to be different so that it helps them to be challenged by a new situation that they will have to endure. Demonstration of the situation is it will be helpful for all the employees to understand the basic criteria that they have to follow and the requirements of the customers and deal with them accordingly. The training process will require the trainers to focus more on the attitude and behavior of the new candidates to understand the nature of their skill to deal with the customers.
3. Organize coaching sessions and task completion times. The following steps must be completed in this activity
Ans. The coaching session will be organized for the training of the new candidates in the organization. For the training, each coaching station will be divided into groups for the proper manifestation of the regulation of our company it will also help the individuals to understand the regulation of the organization. Three different fingers will have to be presented in each coaching session to observe the activities of the new members. It is very important to understand the nature of the activities and how the coaching sessions are working according to the policy. The coaching sessions and activities will be recorded.

Ans. The role and functions performed by supervisors and managers are related to mainly the observation and evaluation of the employees.
· Decision-making is one of the main roles that the supervisors and managers play for the betterment and development of the company.
· Delegating task and distributing it among the employees are a few of the main roles that the managers and supervisors play. This maintains the balance and the works are equally distributed.
· Observing the employees and their tasks is the main job of managers. It helps in evaluating the process.
· Monitoring the overall work of the organization and making reports happen to be the responsibilities that the supervisors and managers possess.
2. Highlight two expectations, roles, and responsibilities of team members in the
workplace.
Ans. Team members have a lot of responsibilities to play in an organizational setup. Communication between the members of the team is very important to carry forward with the work. Support and understanding are very necessary for the team members to have to perform proactively in a team. Motivating the other members of the team are also necessary and the members of the team to be very possible towards the job to be motivated and productive for the organization.
