    In chapter five, various types of mindset of the thieves were noticed which they
could formally use to escape during vehicle theft activity. However, the Star chase model is driven from technology which is efficient and automatic. In fact, the devices like GPS tags, if they can be fixed correctly over the stolen vehicle, can be of greater help than the conventional ways to track down the vehicle. When police officers are deployed to be in pursuit to track the thief, they have to put their life at stake. Moreover, it depends over the driving skills of the two—the thief and the police officer—that who wins the race i.e. if the thief has fine skills of driving through the traffic, he can easily maneuver the car even in the busy traffic and in the absence of any route to chase him down, the officer would simply report the stolen car so that further investigation can be made on it.
