Introduction
Employee engagement in the organisation is needed to achieve the vision and mission of the organisation. It is an important aspect for all the organisation as they can get maximum benefits from the employee engagement and also it is evident that through implementing the proceeds they can create the feeling of motivation in their employees that can enhance the performance of the employees that ultimately boost the productivity of the organisation. Employment engagement is t
ried by many big organisations and also through this they get a better result that makes an example for all the organisations of the world. In this case, they have to analyse some factors that can be considered as the key important issues before implementing employee engagement. Though several benefits can help the organisation to sustain its success but also there are several other issues that can decline their success, as well as they, can create several implications for managing the stakeholders. Also, employee engagement can create a better place for establishing and recognizing the intellectual powers of the employees associated with the organisation and also they can feel pride as they become a part of the decision-making process of the organisation. In this case, they have to first understand the grey area of the organisation and then change their existing system to get the best results.
Employee engagement in some contemporary firms
Employee engagement is the allowance to the employees to express themselves physically, cognitively and emotionally during the job performances. According to Kahn, employee engagement is process of harnessing members of an organisation towards their work (AKOB, ARIANTY and Putra, 2020). Employee engagement is an important aspect for all the organisation. Employee engagement can drive an organisation towards the path of success by giving the best efforts towards their work. Before implementing employee engagement in the organisation one should consider that employee engagement and employee satisfaction is not the same thing. On the other hand, the physical, cognitive and emotional aspects of employee engagement are significant to understand employee engagement. The physical aspect of engagement shows the physical energies exerted by the employees to perform their job, whereas the cognitive aspect is related to beliefs of the employees about the firm, its management and working conditions A satisfied employee can give less time to the organisation but they can commit an extra success towards the organisation by using the intellectual powers. All the organisations from the first started thinking about the ways through which they can engage Their employees in their organisational activities. It is proof by much research that an active employee engagement in all the activities of an organisation can give a better success and also can assure the best and qualified services to the customers of that company. These days, many contemporary firms like Google, Facebook, Marks and Spencer engage their employees in all types of activities (Stoyanova and Iliev, 2017). They believed that it can bring them the ways of success as employee engagement can give a better sphere for all the employees to utilize the intellectual powers that can motivate them towards the organisation.
Employee engagement in Google
From the year 2017, Google gets the top position in Fortune's annual list as their employee engagement management is considered as the best example in the world. They manage their over forty thousand employees worldwide and also they become a leader of that. They do not just offer a high salary but also offer ways to manage the opportunities of growth and the balance in the work-life.
Employee engagement in Facebook
Facebook follows mainly four ways that can determine employee engagement. They organise a transforming event virtually to engage all their employees in one place. In this event, they mainly think about the audience and they design the materials of the event according to the relevance of the minds of the audience. Also, they leverage the tools that help them to build a community between the employees of Facebook and also it helps them to connect their employees by building a greater communication method between them.

Not just Google or Facebook, in the world, but many other big and successful organisations engage their employees in their work and they get the best results. According to Albrecht, Breidahl and Marty, (2018), employee engagement in the organisation can boost the productivity of the organisation and also helps to increase the customer ratings of the organisation.
