1. Summary of the Case
In the small town of Cairnbrook, Pennsylvania, law enforcement hunted relentlessly for the suspect after the kidnapping and sexual harassment of a young girl while the town worried for the protection of students. Examiners at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Lab checked the data, but the incomplete fingerprint, another vicious circle for investigators, did not fit. The criminal justice division of the FBI unveiled the Next Generation Recognition system to improve its biometric functionality in the years following the crime.
Now, on fingerprint trigeminal nerve, the system's proposed algorithm will collect the most precise data. The new scheme leads to results that are quicker and more precise.
