Introduction
Retailer primarily is stated as the intermediaries who are involved in bridging the gap between the moderating effects of market. Technology plays an important role in a key to strengthen the effect of relationship benefits on loyalty and retailing. Technologies are used as a differentiation tool where retailer should concentrate its investment on communication technology and information solutions so that the contribution is easily made towards the customer experience.
The social dimensions are not neglected at the point of sale in order to increase benefits. The current study will outline the strategic planning and building relationship of Walmart Company. The three actions would be recommended to enhance relationship with customers as well as the characteristics of ownership will be explained.
1. Retail Organization Successful in Strategic Planning and Building Relationships
The company Walmart is using this strategic planning in order to manage the purchasing of its raw material at the low cost and they are all the time to build a strategic relationship with its suppliers. There is a contribution of the suppliers for providing standard product and services in order to meet the demand and building relationships as well as streamlining the activities of production.
It also helps in building the trust and maintaining the relationships with customers (Pinto, Dell’Era, Verganti & Bellini, 2017). The company Walmart is using the cost leadership strategy in order to gain competitive advantage in the Marketplace. Primary competitive advantage of the Walmart to state the obvious is it offers the low prices that other retailer simply cannot match.
They are also proven as being successful in the organization by building relationship with customers. The customer loyalty of the organization is facilitates from a guiding mission of cooperation. Customer loyalty is built by the help of this cash back card. They also add some of the services to put the customers to store at center stage.
Walmart is bringing back people by finding the opportunities of customer obsession and they are not just focusing on the competition (Parker, Schoar & Sun, 2020). There are many guiding principles that are kept in mind by the organization to prepare their popular articles top. Likewise, Walmart has dedicated focus on the customers although there is especially to the bottom line of consumers.
When it comes to the cash back card, it is a prepaid debit card, which offers the cash back on purchases made by the customer. Customers can deposit the cash to the card in multiple ways that comprises of direct deposit from pay access system simultaneously the sweepstakes the earning entries with cash prizes and they can use the card and app to pay bills.
    For instance, the company in 2019 the participated in Fetch reward with the trending app and having millions of downloads. Among these features, the points are earned easily by the users and the rewards can be redeemed while involving the gift cards of Walmart.

The Company has the advantage to build the customer relationship. They can reach out to their customers with the help of size of company at a more personal level than big businesses.
