Taking easy way out is human nature and while filling out a survey, many of us do go for selecting middle option or neutral one so as to fill it quickly without giving second thought. Respondents mostly does not feel encouraged to provide honest and the accurate answers, also they may sometimes not feel comfortable to provide answers in a favorable manner and one reason behind such attitude is lack of awareness about the reasons for any answers given by respondents due to boredom or lack of memory about subject.
