You work as a training manager for a small restaurant, Pasta Amore. The restaurant is opening a new location in Suburbia, Somewhere; in addition, the company would like to draw attention to its expanding online presence. This location expansion may present an opportunity to do that as well. The restaurant owner, Laura Morelli, would like you to present a communication strategy with clearly defined communication goals for the next year. She emphasized the importance of ensuring that the presentation is aligned with the company style guide to ensure cohesiveness of various communications.

Pasta Amore serves authentic Italian cuisine in a warm, welcoming, family-friendly environment. The restaurant owners are from an Italian background, and they have a strong appreciation for Italian food and traditions that bring families together over a delicious homemade meal.

    • The area is in a phase of significant economic and middle-class growth. The city is located in an area with many old textile mills that are being bought and converted to office space by technology companies. This is creating jobs and stimulating the local economy.

      In order for the restaurant Pasta Amore to become a favorite platform to experience authentic Italian, it needs to strengthen their communication strategy. Reaching to the target audience for those who want to taste authentic Italian with blend of contemporary and modern twist. It has become part of routine for many people, making it very interesting for me to analyze its communication strategy that primarily incorporates social media marketing strategy and comprehend its business better. Above figure explains four pillar of Social Media Strategy that can be leveraged by Pasta Amore to be effective and efficient in creating traction to various offers and develop revenue for the organization.
      Pasta Amore faces few roadblocks to enter the daily life of many other customers as restaurant market is getting highly crowded with many business players chasing for customer attention. Although the company is presently popular in the Australian market, however opening new restaurants in new location in Suburbia it witnesses a lot of competition from others contemporary restaurants.
      We live in one of the most high-tech eras of all time where digitalization is the new normal. Pasta Amore needs to leverage active social media strategy in order to maintain its competitive advantage as a market leader. Company needs to devise 12-month advertising campaign that generates tremendous amount of brand awareness as well as enhance customer acquisition rate substantially. By the virtue of my presentation I will highlight not only the social media strategy like campaigns that can be utilized by Pasta Amore but also how this strategy differentiates it from its rivals.
