Corporate level strategy is mainly a multi-channel process that is used by the companies in order to properly define their plan of action, achieve a specific target and also achieve the goals of the business (Arasti et al., 2017). This strategy will define that where Grab Malaysia will see themselves in three years from now. Since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic had created huge economic turmoil, and also challenges to the delivery system and transportation services of Malaysia because of the series of lockdowns. There has been completely reduction in the transportation services, however, the delivery of essential items and foods were kept continuing for a limited time period and also the area coverage was not that smooth as compared to it was done previously. Therefore, to ensure the continuation of the services, Grab will have to promote more on the direct marketing, where people will join their Grab platform to access the services. Grab will have to use the internet and social media platform to communicate with the people with many promotional activities and build a customer loyalty base (Abd Hamida et al., 2020). Grab Malaysia can also increase their reachability to a number of areas by making collaboration with a number of food delivery outlets or local groceries stores to deliver items to the locality by registering them over the Grab application.
