From the list of companies listed below, one company will be selected as the target company to be analyzed (Company A), and up to three agendas will be set up for dialogue with the president of Company A to maximize shareholder value, and the importance of this will be explained. Therefore, the financial analysis will be conducted on the financial results of Company A over the most recent three years. Please pick up at one publicly traded company (Company B) that is considered to be competitive or comparable (which you are free to choose regardless of the list of companies), and do the same financial analysis. The analysis should be based on publicly available information.

Make your agenda action-oriented, and show what's important at the top.

As a general rule, the configuration should be in the following order.

1. Title (including target company name)

2. Bullet points in the overall summary and agenda

3. The First Agenda

4. On the Second Agenda (if any)

5. Third Agenda (if any)

6. The Closing Words

The limit is 3 page. In addition, there are no more than four graphs and diagrams that can be used in the text (the following financial analysis table counts as one of these four).

Although only the body of the essay is graded, please submit a spreadsheet as a financial analysis document that shows the basis for the calculation. Submission is required.

Please also choose a publicly traded company (a company whose share price is formed in the secondary market) as a comparison target company.

You must also submit an Excel or spreadsheet that you have performed a financial analysis on (but will not be graded directly). If Excel or spreadsheet has not been submitted, points will be deducted.

Be sure to think for yourself. We value originality.

When analyzing companies, please read the financial statements, annual securities reports, and corporate governance reports on each company's website, and refer to various IR materials such as annual reports, integrated reports, and financial results briefing materials as necessary. Analyze based on publicly available information.

When considering the agenda, take into account the company's financial performance and share price valuation from the capital markets, and carefully consider what kind of value creation the target company is aiming for and how it is structured financially.
