We haven't really talked about COVID-19, so today is a good time to start.
People are going back to work, or school, or restaurants, or gyms. Despite that the majority of Canadians are vaccinated, there remains a significant number of non-vaccinated citizens, as well as a number of 'anti-vaccine' hesitant or anti-vaccine advocates. Some people are happy to see the return of 'normalcy', while others are wary that things may be moving too fast (without proper research).
How will culture help or hinder the 'end of the pandemic'? Where will resistance emerge? How can it be managed? What is your advice for the changes we face as a society?

Journal 2: Team Change
Today's journal is about teams and groups, and how they perceive and navigate change. For both options you should think deeply about the groups (formal and informal) and teams involved in change. How do they affect change (including the views/motives of individuals)?
For this week's journal you have two options. Select ONE of the following topics to create this week's journal entry:
1. Draw and example from your employment (or professional experience). Describe a story of change that highlights the groups and teams involved. What formal and informal groups exist? What powers or interests do they have? How do they influence the situation? You can describe your situation as a participant, as a change agent, or as both. An example might include a major workplace change, and the dynamics of the groups and teams involved.
OR
2. A portrait of YOUR community (work and/or personal) in relation to a major change. For this option you can select a large scale change that is impacting your 'community' (defined as you wish). Describe the different teams and groups. What interests or roles do they have? How do they help/hinder the change? Examples might include major changes (like COVID or politics or tech change). Feel free to get philosophical!
