ORG 8615 Advanced Topics in Organizational Development & Leadership 3 Credits This highly experiential course explores current issues and practices in the application of leadership and organizational development processes and systems. Learning methodology include simulated organizational environments and the development of realistic strategic plans, systems, and processes that address the issues that impact the performance of organizations viewed as a whole. This accounts for an in-depth study of the various organizational development programs that has an influence on the performance and the effectiveness with which the employees involve in the organizational function.

    This particular competency will give an in-depth understanding of the knowledge and the theories that are relevant in terms of understanding the organizational functions and to grow perspectives about the relevant aspects of the organizational performance.
