litics. Change is used as strategy by the organization to achieve upper hand in the competitive market or to survive competition given by nearest competitors.

Introduction
    All the organizations undergo change with time due to many reasons. Some of the driven forces, which led to the change in the environment of the organization, include competition, introduction of new technology, economic growth, internal politics of the management, and need of the customers. Change can be used as strategy in the organization to increase the quality and quantity of the product (MacLean & Maclntosh, 2012). Introduction of change in not easy task, it includes planning and management of budget. There are certain factors, which act as barriers to change such as resistance among employees towards new change or lack of infrastructure to install change.
Tracking an organizational change process researched
    I had conducted the research on Skycity entertainment group limited. This organization is known for its casinos and chain of hotels (NVinteractive, 2018). In 2018, this organization undergoes change in their structure, people, and technology. As noted by Hornstein (2015), organizational change allows the organization to grow and develop. They have developed the new structure called the New Zealand International convention center, which accommodate more than 1000 people. This structure is used for major events like conference or concert. They hired new leaders in every department of the organization to change the leadership style so that employees can be satisfied and quality of production can be improved (Annual Report, 2019).
    As suggested by Storsletten and Jakobsen (2015), change in the leadership style in the organization has been proven to be effective. It allows the organization to improve its functioning and motivates the employees to remain loyal to them. Leadership improves the quality of the production and environment of the organization. This organization hired skilled people to improve the deliverance of work in scheduled time with minimum error. They also trained people to handle the responsibility of alcohol service and gambling. There is a host responsibility program started by the organization so that there is successful gambling with minimum harm. As gambling involves various kind of people, as mentioned by Cascio and Montealegre (2016), who get aggressive under the influence of alcohol or loss in the gambling staff are trained to identify the problematic customers and modes to handle their behavior.
