1.0    Introduction
In this assignment’s project is consists of twelve phases namely: Project initiation/Phase 1, Project Planning/Phase 1, Project Execution phase 2-12, project acceptance criteria, change management and closing. Project lifecycle is a crucial part where the project car
dinals are interpreted as project deliverables and the milestone. Furthermore, it can be split into task which will be rationalize and semantically scheduled. A project lifecycle is a useful output from the project planning phase to the execution and closing phase.
A programme of works or the project life cycle is the implementation of a set of curated project management tools which focused the project duration. These tool enables project to assign the scope of works in the right manner, therefore the works can be executed within an estimated time. The Project life cycle is also useful in establishing a work plan as well as for monitoring project progress.
As part of this assignment, a Project life cycle needs to be developed for a particular project.
1.1    Aims and objectives
The aim of this assignment is to develop and produce a project life cycle for a selected project.
The relevant scenarios of this assignment are as follows:
(a)    How will customer final approval be received.
In terms customer approval project aim is to develop a project deliverables and milestone.
Milestones and deliverables
Milestones are the important part within the project duration which targeted to achieve. For this assignment, the major deliverables were taken as milestones. They are organized in the following table:

Lesson learned are the document which consists of both positive and negative experiences. In this assignment positive will be considered as the successful deliverables and the negative are considered as the sever risks which project mitigated. Risk matrix are in annex – 1
