Note that list is NOT all inclusive and there are definitely other things you can bring under the purview of your policy! · Make sure address authentication tools and encryption where appropriate [I don't want/need specifics, just a note on what things should require authentication and what things you want encrypted.] · Make sure to outline user rights and admin rights...Especially where dealing with student owned property on the University grounds and for dealing with student data on University systems. · Your policy should include a Disaster Recovery Policy for the following: · Data recovery/backups · How you'd propose to prioritize restoring campus computer and network systems 2.
