Criminal justice management is the supervision and leadership of the entire criminal justice system by using public administration principles. Two ethical systems exist in criminal justice system. Deontological ethical system is based on the inherent motive of an action that is the point for judging a dilemma in criminal law. This system is associated with egoism, religion, natural law and ethical formalism. Teleological ethical system however, is based upon the resulting action as observed in a criminal law.
