Quantitative Research
    Quantitative research relates to data that is numerical or can be interpreted in numerical basis using statistics or mathematical interpretations. This is mainly used in studies that rely of facts and numbers, such as finance or information research (Sheard, 2018).
Qualitative Research
    Qualitative research includes the thoughts and personal experiences of the participants in the research to get an insight into the context. Used mainly in areas of sociology anthropology and history, it is used to explain human behavior. Methods include interviews, observations and focus groups (Austin & Sutton, 2014).
