Describe your Own Challenge. Write this part in free format and the length is about one A4 page.

Something important to you and that confronts you in a variety of ways, that you feel you can kindly and gently address – so maybe not your biggest challenge. Also remember that you can change your challenge as we move on. Please also note that you don't have to solve the problem - it is more about gaining insight with an open mind.

• Softly challenges youto ”become a slightly different person” than you are now


• Gives you a possibility to explore new ways of being/sensing, acting (vs. inadequate old ways)


• It is about the process; the exploration and insights – do not worry about the results

Examples:

• You have new responsibilities


• You may not have a formal leadership position but you are accountable for results


• You feel you are not comfortable on the job


• You are a project or team leader


• You have problems with team members or other persons


• You have a challenging time due to different reasons


• You look for coping tools in uncertain circumstances
  
  

The idea is also that you throughout this challenge practice ways to take care of yourself, so this is not something you are required to push through. Again, you don’t need to solve this problem, rather to find new and fresh angels to it.The idea of this course is to serve you in gaining insight and finding tools that support you.
