You will need to define the role of each team member. You need to make sure that the project will be completed on time, within budget, while delivering all the benefits expected by the project owner. To do that, you are required to provide a project plan showing the WBS-Gantt chart, stakeholder analysis and the relevant communication plan. Section A: Group assignment This section of the assessment is to be completed as a group (2 members). The project – SNF University’s move to Online SNF is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) university. Formally established in 1990, it offers industry-based learning in the fields of software engineering, mobile app development, web design, 3D animation, computer graphics, and information technology. It has 4000 students and 200 employees. They are running both on campus and 5 online courses using on-premises technology since 2018. However, the COVID threat changed the world rapidly. Students were sent home and shifted into virtual classes. When 500 students tried to access the learning management system at once, the system was overloaded, and it went offline. Also, the faculty and staff started working from home and were dependent on the school’s unreliable system. The need to access financial and human resources data from across the organization was also critical. This presented SNF University with a huge challenge: how to continue providing all students with quality education during the constantly changing realities of COVID-19. Obviously, the current on-premises infrastructure is not up to the job. It is imperative that a reliable online educational system must be implemented. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_and_communications_technology https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University © Didasko 2022. The new school year is now fast approaching, and you have been granted $80,000 to implement this project. This budget includes all the costs involved in meeting the above requirements as well as the pay to your team members ($35 per hour per person). Project Plan
Explanation of JIRA Roadmap
The project roadmap outlines the major steps and milestones involved in achieving the project objectives. It provides a high-level overview of the project's timeline and helps to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the project's goals, timelines, and deliverables. The roadmap for the SNF University project includes five main elements: planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. Each element involves specific tasks and deliverables, such as creating a project plan, designing the new system, developing the software, testing the system, and deploying it. The roadmap outlines the estimated number of days required for each element, providing a clear timeline for the project team to follow.

Section B: Individual Assignment
Project Plan Task
Accessing the project includes team members who would first need to identify and define the scope of the project, including its goals, timelines, and requirements. This information would inform the development of a project plan and the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and software tools. Once the project plan has been developed, team members can use a project management tool like JIRA to create and assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with each other. JIRA provides a collaborative platform for team...
