BROCHURE DIRECTIONS
There should be 5 sections to this brochure:
1.The company's history
2.The company's goal or mission statement
3.Information about how the company performs its services or makes its goods, etc.
4.In what ways is the company beneficial to the community/society
5. A bibliographical section that is entitled:
Information for this brochure was gathered from:
(Then list the MLA citations for your sources). If you used all your own material/photographs, then this section is not necessary. If you cannot fit this neatly into the brochure, then you may submit this as a separate document to accompany your brochure.
You will probably want to use outside material from the web (picture, etc) However, be sure to document your sources in this section. DO NOT simply copy long passages directly from your sources. The text should be your original work.
Remember, this is a brochure. Therefore, it must be eye-catching. Appearance is 50% of this grade. Use lots of pictures and other images. Your text should consist of short paragraphs, and make it relate to your field of interest!
The whole brochure should be in brochure format with several folded pages (feel free to use a Word template). If you want to use another document type for this (such as Publisher or Adobe), that is fine.
