The health care industry is thoroughly reliant and dependent on the input-output
system. To be more explicit; the more is the quality of input the greater are the chances for
the outputs to be of good quality. Input-output analysis is very much essential for the health
care administrators because this analysis forms the basis of the process of quality evaluation.
It is noteworthy that input-output analysis is the present trend in the sphere of health care. In
this regard one may observe the fact that, “Trends that are drawn over the years fluctuate
from the technology assessment of health programs – in terms of efficiency, costs or utility
for patients, through methods to establishing copayment for health services and the demand
