Pick a story about a change process. You can choose something I have assigned you to read (Microsoft or G.E.). Or you can look at a story from the news (for example, the recent unsuccessful effort to unionize Amazon workers in Alabama). Or you can examine an effort to impact a social issue (for example, the Black Lives Matter movement seeking to highlight racism). Or you can pick something from your own experiences (it doesn’t have to be a story from your professional workplace; you can choose one from your personal lives).

Here are some questions that might help you formulate your post:
What was the nature of change being pursued?
What was the mechanism by which this change process was implemented?
What resistance did this process encounter?
What was the outcome?
What lessons can be learnt from this process?
How does this story relate to the readings?
