I taking a stab in the dark because I have never seen this movie so I hope this correlates with the video. Based off our reading, I think the video was depicting the aftermath of World War II. In the reading we learn the meaning of Twelve O'clock High and the correlation between leadership and the movie. After watching the snip from YouTube, I see it as a moment of reflection by the main character. How he is standing there in this abandoned area, where turmoil and sacrifice took place characterized by the leadership that led to the work poured into the post World War II circumstances. In that moment, I am picturing him embracing his freedom while reflecting on all of the circumstances that led up tp him standing in that field. Sure, this is just my opinion based from a clip without words and the reading but it's my assumption of what was taking place. Seeing that clip makes me want to watch the entire movie because of it's credibility attached to leadership.

After watching and reading about 12 O'clock high which is considered one of the best story of its time of the U.S Air Force in England during World War 11 with it's important leadership skills during that time. Although there was more than one areas to noted that stood out which depicted a transformational leadership skill which have motivation, enhances, inspire, morale, and performance of followers through a variety of changes also challenges. And the commanders in charge they demonstrates strong self-confidence, vision, high performance, also there was a charismatic leadership style that creates and environment which followers communication skills, influence, persuasiveness, duty, respect, honor, loyalty, integrity, with personal courage so that the soldier would be able to have that excellence confidence and value in their leaders.
