Introduction
The Organizational Behavior is an interesting topic but challenging too. The study of OB is related with the individuals, group of people who are working together and also the organisation. The challenge of
this study increases with the interaction of situational factors. This study is related with the behaviour of any individual which is expected in the organization. It is quite sure that no two individuals will have the same behavior or they work in same manner in a particular situation. It is only the manager who can predict the expected behavior of the employee. There are not hard and fast rules for any human behavior and hence they are not similar. The Productivity depends on the human factor and its contribution which means the study of human behaviour more important (Newstrom, J.W., Davis, K. and Pierce, J.L). Researchers, social scientist management practitioners and the psychologist should always understand the credentials of an individual, social framework, impact of the social groups, his background, educational update, and other factors which are dependent on the behaviour.
The organization behaviour can be defined the study of an individual in isolation, in a group and as a part of the organization. If we study only the behaviour of an individual, then it would be incomplete because the behavior can be affected by the people around us or by the environment of the organization (Argyris, C).
