The impetus or cause of the assignment is mainly to foster/ encourage the various developmental quality/ties of a company & its leaders along with its workmen.
Established in 1996, turning 23 this year, Sky-city Entertainment is mainly a New Zealand based company, which mainly focuses on gaming business, bars, casinos ,hotels etc, in cities like Auckland, Darwin, Queenstown etc. rob Campbell is the current chairman of the company.

Mainly with investments in bars, casinos, gaming industry etc, Sky-city Entertainment mainly focuses on various strategies, which gradually help the company in gaining a lucrative position in the market. The various strategies are ----
· Focusing & prioritizing customer need---
This usually takes places, only when a smooth communication is in the scenario. This is because the concept of customers include, people of all age bars & mind set. For these people to be satisfied with the company’s work, the company must assure them solution to all the company related issues, via strong communication/ connectivity. Prioritizing the need, satisfaction & importance of the customers, also give them the confidence to invest & inculcate their belief in the company.
· Ensuring & fostering strong & reliable partnership—
A strong & reliable partnership is always a major plus-point for a company, as it recommends strong communication among its customers, due to which a company becomes very reliable to its partners & vice-versa. A strong partnership helps in establishing clear objectives & also gives way to innovation in a company.
· Being a responsible corporate citizen—
Being a corporate citizen comes with a handful of social responsibilities. The concept of corporate social responsibility(CSR) is considered the synonyms of good & reliable.
