Leaders play an important role in motivating and supporting the other employees to work effectively to explore and develop new chances for organisation improvement. As mentioned by Afsar et al. (2017), the transformational leadership creates positivity within the behaviour of the entrepreneur but transactional leadership creates a negativity within them when the psychological empowerment is in its peak.

As a leader, in order to bring my organisation back into right track, building up strong and trustworthy relationship with the employees is highly required. According to Cumberbatch (2019), firstly, a clear and constructive feedback should be provided to them and freedom should be given to them to express their opinion regarding organisation progressive achievement.

We should pay a respect for every differences and similarities within the employees’ whether are it in term of their religion, age, cultural background, gender, race or physical disabilities. As stated by Choi, Kim and Kang (2017), employee diversity should be effectively managed in order to proceed the growth and development of organisation successfully.

An organisation comprises of several employees who creates negative as well as positive environment. So therefore, these sorts of employees should be managed patiently and carefully without imposing any kind of negative vibes within them. As stated by Genc (2017), leaders should be calm and professional enough to deal with these types of situations without reacting much.

In order to maintain the work-based relationship we first need to understand the weaknesses and strength of the workplace and accordingly should manage a time to develop a stable relationship with the co-workers. As mentioned by Ambos, Fuchs and Zimmermann (2020) appreciation of the employees should be done at all level and supportive nature should be presented in order to motivate them.

Through the improvement in the work and collaborative nature of my employees, make me realise that my management is on the right track. By understanding their point of views, and using my presence of mind, while taking any decisions and guiding my employees, I was successful in redirecting my organisation into the previous energetic form.

In order to achieve success from the strategic change a genuine and talented adviser is required. As mentioned by Mathauer, Dale and Meessen (2017), the advisor should guide the employees, motivate them to use their innovative skills and should the support the leaders in every decision. The adviser should develop a communication strategy in this regard.

An organisation should be legalised and follow the basic regulations. As stated by Madende and Hayes (2020), an organisation should firstly maintain the primary legislation that comes in the form of Act and Bill and secondly the secondary legislation, which comes in form of several codes and conduct, rules and regulation, terms and conditions.

Collaborative communication among the employees can be enhanced by appreciating the effort of the employees and a strong bridge of trust and cooperation should be built between the employees. According to Yue, Men and Ferguson (2019), the employees should be encouraged to think farther on their self-interest and boost up employee’s confidence.
10.
New policies and rules should be initiated to start a fresh chapter. New policies should involve generating friendly ambience for the employees, development of a trustworthy relationship between leader and worker.
