Pick one change project in your organization or a previous organization within which you were employed. In the first paragraph of this discussion, briefly describe the initiative.

Next, describe the roles that you and the other team members played? What support and assistance did you and the team offer that contributed to the success of the project, or actions that detracted from its success?

Last, using the 12 Change Principles in chapter one of Hall and Hord (2020) textbook, choose four and reflect on your school's / work setting change project.
