Creative Idea 1: Instant delivery to the customers door step
    Customer Group Targeted: The targeted customer group are of all category because this pandemic situation is threat for all.
Justification: In order to keep the customer safe and also providing them with all the nece
ssary services at their door steps in this pandemic situation.
    Identification of Key Issues:
· Availability of manpower to cover the entire area for delivery
· Consumption of time in identifying the address provided by the customers
· Issues faced during the proper operation of application for booking
· Allocation of budget for the said proposal
    Advantages:
· Continuation of service during the pandemic situation
· Increase in business
· Reduction in overhead cost of maintain the store
    Disadvantages:
· Problem in segregating the orders and sending them to the address of the customers
· Lacking in providing personalised service to the customers
· Threat of shifting to other stores by the customers
Strategic Marketing Application: In order to successfully implement the instant delivery service at the customer door steps, Myer require to develop a mobile application that will allow the customers to select their products and do online bookings. Objectives Met: Reducing the customers visit to the store during the ongoing pandemic situation and also ensuring the ongoing business activity of the store.
